Ingredients
2 ½ cups of cooked chickpeas
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup plain yoghurt (I prefer to use Greek yoghurt) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded
Preparation
In a blender combine beans, yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend well. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to a smooth and creamy dip.
If it is too thick, add a small amount of olive oil or warm water.
